Individual Therapy Services
We offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We provide evidence-based treatments, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), DBT-informed treatment, exposure and response prevention (ERP), trauma-informed care, CBT, and other relevant interventions.
A note on our DBT services: We do not provide full protocol DBT. For those looking for therapy that includes skills groups and phone coaching, please contact us for referrals. We may be a good fit for those who have stepped down from DBT programs.
Parent Training & Family Therapy
We offer parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT) and family therapy, as needed for our individual patients.
School Consultations
We provide consultation services for schools and school personnel looking for support with implementing social, emotional, and behavioral interventions. As licensed school and clinical psychologists, we are able to provide knowledgable support and understanding for schools looking for more ways to address students’ and families’ needs. We are specially trained in DBT STEPS-A, a DBT-based intervention for schools, and PCIT in schools.
Insurance and Payment Information
We are currently in-network with BlueCross BlueShield PPO. For all other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network providers. Some insurance plans may include out-of-network benefits, so please verify your benefits with your insurance company. If you are out-of-network, we can provide superbills for sessions already paid, which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
To ensure we are providing access to care for all, we offer a limited number of sliding scale slots to those who are out-of-network or without insurance. When you connect with us, please ask for more information.
If you need to cancel a session, please contact your provider as soon as possible. Appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before session are subject to the full session fee, which is not billable to insurance.
